The specifics of individual holdings are private; the standard applied to them is not. Every property interest in the portfolio is maintained to a custodial standard:
Registered ownership is kept correct; encumbrances are understood and dealt with rather than discovered.
Contracts, plans, condition notes and correspondence kept in one ordered set of records.
Maintenance treated as preservation of the holding, not an expense to defer.
Rates, insurances and statutory matters diarised and settled in the ordinary course.
Valuation, legal and engineering questions go to qualified advisers; the company keeps the record.
The company does not develop for sale, market properties to the public, publish valuations or rents, or offer any interest in any property it holds. Its role in a holding is custody and administration.
