Beyond property and entity equity, Wealth Point holds a small number of other private capital assets. Each is admitted only after the same review as everything else, and kept only while its administration costs less than its presence is worth.

Assets in this category must meet four tests:

• Private — no listed instruments, no public offers.
• Meant to be held — anything whose whole case is its exit is excluded.
• Administrable — a clear document set, a clear holder, and obligations that fit our annual cycle.
• Belonging — an asset that makes the portfolio harder to hold is declined.

Administration follows the portfolio's standard cycle, with one addition: each asset here is reviewed annually not only for whether it is held well, but for whether it still deserves to be held. If the answer is no, the holding is exited in an orderly and documented way.
